We offer Digital Photography Workshops all across America, taught by acclaimed, successful photographers who live and work near you. Whether you just bought a new camera, are making the transition to digital from film, or simply want to refine your picture-taking skills, we have a workshop for you!
No matter what brand of camera you own, our 3-8 hour workshop intensives can help you get the most out of your digital camera. Workshops are offered at three skill levels:
BEGINNER: You have a point and shoot digital camera and want to learn about its specific settings and features. There is also an intro to the basics of design and composition. 3 hours, $50
INTERMEDIATE: You have an advanced point and shoot or digital SLR camera and want to learn about its specific settings and features, as well as design/composition and post-capture using Photoshop. 4 hours, $65
ADVANCED: This is a 4-hour live shoot in the field conducted by the photographer instructor. You have a solid understanding of your digital SLR camera and want to practise using it with a professional photographer's guidance. Advanced Workshops are taken to a different location each time, with the remaining four hours conducted in the classroom. Serious enthusiasts and beginning professionals can hone their craft during a group critique and extensive dscussion of post-capture using Photoshop. 8 hours, $150
Digital photography workshops focusing on technical features/settings of any digital camera, plus artistic elements (composition, design, color management, white balance, photoshop, focal point).
Local professional photographers including Chuck Place, Dave Gatley, Phil Borges, Angilee Wilkerson, David Sanders, Hinda Schuman, Michael Steinberg, Frank Siteman, Allen Birnbach & Russ Burden.
