Inspiring Travel and Photography Around the WorldWhen you see pictures of exotic lands and fascinating cultures, do you dream about being there When you take a vacation, do you spend a lot of your time taking pictures If the answer to both questions is yes, why not combine the two for a life changing experience. Roger Nelson, founder of Global Travel Photography (GTP), has traveled and photographed the world for over 20 years and is passionate about exploring new destinations and capturing images of what he finds. When he sold his successful software company in 2008, he decided to share his passion and inspire others to join him. He formed GTP to provide unique travel and photography opportunities around the world. He hand picks destinations that provide both unique cultural experiences and photographic appeal. A GTP tour is an opportunity to experience the world in a way that will inspire your creative juices and allow you to take the best photos of your life. Each tour is limited to 8 people to provide the best combination of traveling flexibility and photo opportunities. GTP tours are more engaging than other photo tours and that makes all the difference. By interacting with local people in each destination, you will find more photo opportunities than you ever thought possible. And, with a little coaching from your tour leader, you will find new ways to capture those moments.
Photography in Provence on ShawGuides.com

Explore the rich repertoire of Photography from the real world, the universe of human imagination, or simply discover what touches you, each day. Learn different ways to approach the subject. Test, take and make Photographs and Ideas that communicate successfully visually. Learn: strategies for making Pictures tell stories. Edit. Make Portraits that go beyond the surface. Optimize your capacity to seize Chance . Each day is designed to develop and encourage your: personal response, visual knowledge judgement, and the technical skill to support your intention. Learn and explore together, On-Location and using Photoshop. We work at different times of day crossing a variety of Light Landscape, from fresh water mountain streams, to salt lagoons in the Camargue, among ruins from Greek to the Middle Ages, in cafes and street photography... While teaching Art Design students, I became convinced that effective visual learning and constructive discovery come from Projects that are fun, challenging, and offer practice which makes progress giving results we can see, think about and develop in productive and imaginative ways. Learning by Doing , See Know , are my guiding principles. Provence has a tradition of attracting painters, writers, poets, and now photographers. Light, heat and tranquillity open the senses. It is a country studded with sites from antiquity, of myth, magic, and miracles, of battles between virtue and infamy. All inspire and invite response.... Refresh yourself, your photography and enjoy the slow life in Provence and its cuisine.
A practical search for What to Photograph Why Includes feedback critiques, developing photography and Photoshop skills, finding unique subjects approaches.
